Flooring Grits

Thanks to decades of global ceramic experience, we have selected a wide range of floor grit techniques that guarantee high scratch resistance and resistance ability protection from acid attacks protection, and last but not least, grits that guarantee a high-chromatic digital-graphic development.

A wide range of grits– all mixed between them- for valuable surfaces, by an extremely natural effect. A selection of floor grits, for single-firing and porcelain stoneware, for temperatures going from 1160°C a 1220°C. Applied in both traditional– with airbrush– and digital–through digital ceramic gluing ink– ways.

The synergy between our ceramic gluing ink and our technical flooring grits, guarantee an excellent flat and uniform laying —never seen before, for its perfect results — :

• different granulometric range from 0 to .014; from 0.05 to 0.15-0.18 mm; from 0.1 to 0.3 mm;
• different coefficients of expansion from 62 to 80.

Thanks to a wise choice on grits —depending on the ceramic conditions, —, tension is reduced to the minimum, easening the cutting and lapping operation. In addition, the extremely reduced micro-porosity, and the outstanding wear-resistance guarantee an excellent surface cleanability. A variety of different effects from glossy transparent to matt white, going from glossy white to matt semi-transparent, and then finished with a polished touch– if the design is simultaneously applied, it makes us able to create something with aesthetic and high-quality characteristics never seen before –.
